- The Chestnut Inn Bed and Breakfast is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 14 (fourteen) days*prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation.
- In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 14 (fourteen) days* notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a partial refund may be made minus a $35 service charge assessed on credit card cancellation.
- Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special request. *A 30 day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events. During holiday weekends and high season a two night stay maybe required.
- All rates are subject to 9.25% sales tax and a 3.00% lodging tax.
- Rate includes a full breakfast. For those that rise early there will be early morning coffee and tea available. Dinner maybe reserved for 4 or more guest. The Chef’s choice Entrée is $40.00/person/Steak selection is $50.00/person. You may bring alcoholic beverages of your choice.
- Afternoon refreshments will be provided.
- Check-in: 3:00 PM – 6:00. If arriving outside of check-in-time, please call to make special arrangements.
- Check-out: 11:00 AM.
- No smoking environment.
- Children 12 years and older welcome
- We regret that we are unable to accommodate pets.
